All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.Â

Shipping days range from 5-8 days. Shipping days are additional days to order processing. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.Â
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer a flat $10. rate shipping for orders under $74.99 to anywhere in the United States.
We offer FREE shipping for orders over $75. To anywhere in the United States.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 11 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email us at admin@nuzzlecare.com, using the title "Checking on Shipping Status," with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
